'Protected Species' shall be defined as any species protected by law within the borders of Calaverde. Endangered Species may not be hunted or killed under any circumstances.

ARTICLE II, National Animal

The Blobfish (Psychrolutes marcidus) shall hereby be deemed as the national animal, and therefore shall be labeled as a protected species.
