The warnings were me being caught staging insurrections in other regions. The deletion... I can't really remember, as it was two years ago... I think it was due to annoying another region or something like that.

EDIT: I remember now... I trolled some enemy region through puppet spamming. I remember being led into trolling the region by some guy and his puppets, who were all trolling the same region. As it turns out, the guy was working for the other region. My region got destroyed because of that. From then on (especially considering that I control the founder of a region), I have decided not to spam regions with puppets... or to break rules, really.
