Those that claim rights are given are deluded and make more to the world than there is.

Those that claim rights are inherent are arrogant and reek of self entitlement, they are also too confident in the human capability.

Rights are fabrications and are conditioned from a gradual self awareness of the other and the interactions with the self. A self that, neither exists in the other or the observer, rather that too, was a fabrication of the perceptions. It is all illusory and fabrications.

Are rights useful for the perceptions? Of course, but, that is up to you to decide.
