Apples and potatoes are out. Ginger I could add to my shakes. Avocado is a good option. Dark chocolate might be too high in sugar. I'll have to check.
Oh! I just remembered. Dark chocolate's bitter taste helps signal the body it needs to decrease your appetite and steric acid slows down digestion which means you feel fuller longer. That's what you're looking for, right?




What about almonds.. or.. even better, chia seeds?
