I think of it as an educational experience - I'm certainly a lot more sympathetic than I used to be towards people who make claims about progressive "hiveminding" and closing ranks. I was pretty much hounded out of a forum recently where I thought people would know a heck of a lot better,

I'll stand my ground, regardless. Feminism is not a one-for-all collective, and I will happily criticise one section of it and praise others where I feel merit and derision are deserving.
