If you are a regular member, or perhaps a leftist nation seeking protection from prosecution, I hereby welcome you to the official page of the United Left. Since our founding on April 10th, 2014 by Bojikami, we have sought peace on the world stage and protection for our comrades. We were founded on the ideals that all leftists deserve protection from the belligerent fascists or the arrogant conservatives. It matters not if you are a social democracy, or a Stalinist/Maoist dictatorship, all leftists are welcome to our alliance. Hence to give everyone a fair choice, the alliance has no one capital. Summits and meetings are held at various national capitals of member nations, though emergency summits are held at Regovishkigrad, Bojikami. Some great contributors to the alliance are, but are not limited to The United Motherland for making a new IRC, making an anthem for the alliance, and writing the 2.0 thread. There are also great members such as Sybania, whom do skilled propaganda - which bring us to tears and make us smile.
This alliance has a common defense doctrine. This means if you declare war on one United Left member, you have made war upon the entire alliance. Also, should a member declare war on another nation, said nation can and likely will call for UL support. Do note our policy will not always be the same at all times (Please check the Peoples’ Declaration to learn more), due to some members joining the alliance for just the purpose of helping out in a war they are in, and not contributing anything back.
