Except you ignore that fact that there is no police department officially. And that we don't really need crippling restrictions, we need an investigation to root out corruption.

I suppose it depends what one means by police brutality. If in this case the person needed to be subdued then the police should not be held responsible for the persons death.

You do know the main point of this RP is as a legislature and government RP right? What your saying is lets not play the game but instead get a couple of people nobody elected to the admin positions to make the IC laws instead.

Any law that people might want to be there at the start would have to be decided and written before the RP starts like the constitution is now then voted on. Though that would delay the start of the RP even more if more laws were added to the two being done now.

Hello, I am Police Chief Walters of the Capital Police Division of the BNPF. I would like to address a few points that you the citizens may be concerned about.

First, the actions of four officers last night at a local pub. The brutal actions of these officers cannot be called anywhere near acceptable. These are actions that are not in line with the mission of the BNPF and they have disgraced the hallowed history of the police force. I assure you proper disciplinary action has been taken. The four officers involved are placed on administrative leave without pay for the duration of an internal investigation by the ISF and Internal Affairs department. Due to the legal nature of this investigation we will not disclose their names until a point where the investigation has closed. We aim to protect you, the police should not instill fear but rather safety.

Second, the attack on the RNU head quarters has been another unacceptable event. The BNPF requests that all organizers of the demonstration step forward and turn themselves in for questioning. Rest assured, the group that was responsible for the arson and attack on officers will be brought to justice.

Nation? No. He is the Divison Chief Capital, an Anglo-Swede. The National Police Commissioner is Isaac Romanov.

It's a bit more emotive to use the image of an innocent bystander, rather than a likely quite rich politician.

I assumed it meant "Pack your bags, go to the airport and move to Russia if you love it so much" in regards to the RNU.

In Ukraine, pro-Kiev groups have put up posters and signs in insurgent-occupied areas, saying "Suitcase, Train Station, Russia".
I support peace in Israel and Palestine. The governments and people in power on all sides are an absolute disgrace, and their unwillingness to pursue peace is a disservice to the people they are meant to be serving. The status quo is not simply untenable; it is unquestionably unacceptable.

It's about the RNU, which wants to join Russia. The joke is that all RNU supporters should bring a BRIEFCASE to the AIRPORT to go to RUSSIA.
