Yes, and I'm trying to get a sense of how the area around Baltonia treats the issue, not countries across the Atlantic.
Much like how we analyzed/are analyzing other issues, like GDP, LGBT rights, healthcare, etc.

With due respect, source, please? I was not aware of this.
I presented you additional evidence within the qualifications of your question, and you dismissed it by shifting the goalposts from "Western" to "European".
No, I agreed with your response, "Yes", and then proceeded to ask if you had further evidence of how European nations around Baltonia handle the issue. The same way we discussed other issues.
I badly phrased my response, and I apologize for that. I hope my clarification helps.
Edit: I recognized that there were examples, (such as the ones provided by yourself and Great Nepal -- Canada and Britain), but there were also counter-examples (Germany, France, Sweden, Latvia, etc), so to clarify the issue, I wanted to know what the countries in our immediate vicinity, the ones we've been taking our cues from on GDP, healthcare, LGBT rights, etc, felt on the topic. A sub-question to Med's question? Follow-up?
