Argentina and Chile count as "very very poor"? No, "very very poor" is Afghanistan or the Congo level.

Any nation where I can bring $100 and be considered rich would be considered very very poor.

Simple, there are no rich nations south of the US-Mexico border. This means that having a rich nation in that group of poor nations is unrealistic.

Define "rich".

Alright then. Go to Buenos Aires with $100 and see how long you can last. Your ignorance is astounding me and I've never set foot in South America.

I'm sorry, are we talking about total GDP total or per capita? By PPP measures Trinidad and Tobago, Bahamas, Barbados, Chile, Uruguay, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Antigua and Barbuda, Venezuela, Panama, Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil have GDP per capita above 15,000, which is the range we have been thinking of. Nominal wise Trinidad and Tobago, Bahamas, Barbados, Chile and Uruguay also meet the same requirement of per capita above USD 15,000. So it is very well possible to have a GDP per capita around 15K. Total GDP will depend on the population we decide on.

GDP is calculated in United States dollars.

Actually IRL it has roughly 12 million.

From Venezuela:

Total Pop: 950,057 (11th)

Trujillo: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trujillo_%28state%29
Total Pop: 711,400 (17th)

Lara: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lara,_Venezuela
Total Pop: 1,774,867 (5th)

and the Colombian divisions of:
La Guajira Department: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/La_Guajira_Department
Total Pop: 902,386 (20th)

Total Pop: 1,004,064 (16th)

Bringing the total pop of the area to 12,303,703, and the total contribution from Venezuela to around 9 million people, still leaving them with 21 million.

hahaha. Even in the poorest of nations that is noting. Are you serious at what you write? Also what the hell are you studding in life?
GDP is measured in USD all over the world. Some nations for their own internal use publish figures in euros as well as USD.

It was made pretty clear from the start that parties shouldn't explicitly tie themselves to a single location because of the possibility that said location would be rejected by the Senate community.
