Actually, I think we should probably wait for the country to be selected to decide a name. It will allow us to choose a name appropriate for the place.

I need a name for IC legal reasons. We have drafted several party policies and procedures to be used by the leadership, and the executive team swears a non-disclosure oath to the party, under penalty of perjury (in order to protect our strategy from being leaked). So we need the name in order for the non-disclosure agreement to be valid.

I don't care what the name is at this point, as long as we can all agree on it. I just need one so I can go to work changing our paperwork.

Well with the Liberal Conservative party you can add the name of the country to the party name later.

In that case how about just The Party? It has no political, historical or other connotations and we can always change it latter through popular vote in the party.

If you sign a non-disclosure agreement and don't hold up your side of the deal, it's fully enforceable. Any legitimate contract is enforceable, including non-disclosure agreements.
