It is different, and if I remember correctly Nihil actually stated upfront that his senator was the mayor's cousin. To be blunt I don't like the idea of having the actual Tony Blair being a senator, although he and Alastair are great comedic fodder. It's obviously something we'll need to discuss as a team.

When we come to eventually forming a government, who isn't going to love the possibility of a Prime Minister Blair? Or even better, Tony Blair, Minister of Defence of Calverde? :lol2:

Anyway, if the admins all decide that they don't want me rping the real Tony Blair anymore, I'll change it so that I'm his cousin with exactly the same name/looks, a bit like Nihili, since I do want to stay within the rules here. But the reason I largely chose Blair was that he's basically leading a very private and largely unpolitical life at the moment, so it's slightly easier (whilst still a bit improbable) to link him to Calverde, where as the real Boris Johnson is obviously running London for example.

Map update:

I am working on adding a few more islands to the map. I should get a constituency thread (with the help of New Bierstaat) up by next week, hopefully. This requires dividing the map into many parts. So hang on please.

Edit: of course we also have to vote on it, unless the mods want to hangwave it and similar proposals since there is no opposition really.
