No. No it isn't, and it never has been.

You see, when I was a kid, I though that the strongest football team is resides in the capital of their country.

Meaning Bayern Muenchen is residing in Munich (Right?) and Munich is its capital of Germany.

Where the Hell is the US Capitol then?

Genre/s: Action/Adventure/Drama/Horror.
Character or Faction Based: Character.
Detailed Description: This RP idea is still in its infancy, as many aspects and accounts must be settled in order to refine the idea and to ultimately get the RP up and running as soon as possible. The base idea is that a team of scientists, adventurers, and others set off on an expedition to some locale in order to track down a cryptid and either confirm or deny its existence. My first RP here on P2TM was an expedition RP, focusing on a crew searching for the Megalodon.

Need Help With: We need to ascertain what cryptid or legendary creature we are tracking down, whether it be Gustave the Killer Croc, the Kraken, the Loch Ness Monster, El Chupacabra, or Sewer Gators. After we confirm what our creature will be, we can determine what our setting will be, and how exactly our expedition will approach its goal.

RP INTEREST AND FEEDBACK REQUEST
Please provide as much detail as possible.
RP's Overarching Concept: Inept British cops search for a serial killer in a tale full of mundane police work, car chases, and explosions.
Genre/s: Comedy, mystery, action
Character or Faction Based: Character
Detailed Description: The village of Sandford is statistically the safest village in England. However, it also has the highest accident rate. Now, ever since some hot shot Sergeant from London was transferred, he's insisted on investigating each incident as a murder. So, now you must decide whether this investigation is a wild goose chase, or for the greater good.

Need Help With: Checking for interest.

I'm trying to narrow down the list of cryptids to 5 or so, and then using a random number generator to do the rest. I've got El Chupacabra, whatever "Julia" is, and then I'm throwing in the Yeti. Got any cryptids you'd wish to nominate?

There was this formerly unidentified sound, that was though to be giant whale or a massive kraken. And it produced sounds such as Julia, and Bloop.

But then it was turned out to be icebergs.

Remember that El Chupacabra isn't just confined to the US-Mexican border; we could also hunt for it through the jungles of South America, which I would actually prefer to do.

On another note, we could attempt to track down the whereabouts of Colonel Percy Fawcett's ill-fated expedition in South America, and be forced to tangle with a collection of cryptids.

I actually hoped we would do it somewhere relatively far from civilisation.

The Amazon sounds good. What about the Central American jungles or perhaps somewhere near a group of small villages where we could go around and 'interview' people and stuff about how their livestock was murdered by chupacabra or smthn before or inter during us venturing out into the jungles or whatever.
Although Brazil sounds good as the location for the RP actually.

I like the idea of hunting the Chupacabra in Brazil. In addition to having expansive jungles and the Amazon, there are various indigenous tribes that would have their own folklore on the Chupacabra, along with their fair share of experiences with the beast.

I finally gave in. A basic idea.

Frontlines Fuels of War-The aftermath.
World War Three is over the Western Coalition victorious. What left of Earths oil is under their control. Through that within it's self is a problem

With oil running out so is fuel. Fuel is heavily rationed and is almost exclusive to military and government personnel. Power outages are common with many homeless or struggling to survive. Rebellions are common and humanity is at the breaking point.

That's were we come in. We are the 145th Special Operation Group, known as the Specters. The elite. We are trusted with quelling rebellions and stopping terrorism before it is even thought of.

So Nuclear Fusion never broke in?

In this universe, judging from NPC dialogue and the intro alternative energy sources didn't work.
