Ok so, here is the map. The blue box around that thing will be the religious center of importance on this side of the Mountains. The other side will be the tower next to the big city. As you can see there are two main big cities with a large mountain barrier which disconnects the Plains of Silence and the dust dunes of the west. I made sure to put a few ruins there is one next to the mountain pass and gorge as well as one in the northeastern corner along a shoreline like you asked. How will this do?

Depends, I've seen a lot of you play as the character who happens to be the leader. But I think it would work, just do go to extreme or crazy with it, and it would work.

Hey Esternial, I had an idea a bit back. It was about the Golden Imperial Age, but I never got any feedback on exactly what I should add/subtract from. You mind giving me some feedback on it?

Hey Esternial, I had an idea a bit back. It was about the Golden Imperial Age, but I never got any feedback on exactly what I should add/subtract from. You mind giving me some feedback on it?

It's a different concept than what's usually posted here so it might be hard to find a lot of players as you envision. The main issue I might see here is the absence of player interaction, since apparently each participant will be fighting eachother and will (eventually) have to command their own ship. It might be a good concept for a game but for an RP it'll be tricky to pull off and put a lot of weight on your shoulders to keep the entire thing afloat.

So I've been playing Tropico recently and had an idea for an RP: it's a political roleplay that takes place on a fictional Carribean island or Central/South American state in the middle of the Cold War. The players could choose to be politicians, soldiers/officers and citizens and the US and USSR would attempt to sway the government towards their side.

Elections would be taking place at the beginning of the RP where the incumbent corrupt, unpopular and Pro-US President is running for re-election against a social democrat Allende expy who the Soviets are covertly supporting, the military would have a strong influence on the President and his political party and players could chose to overthrow him or the other candidates if they fall out of favor. Players would also be able to form left or right wing rebel groups, pro government paramilitaries/death squads and cartels.

I'm thinking about comimg back to the multiverse. Idk, if anyone here remembers me or knows me, hut I have RPed in the multiverse in the past. Especially in the summer of 2013 and then, I became inactive after 2014 and I left NS in June 2015 for 9 months before xoming back last March.

I wanted to know if there's any good and decent Multiverse RPs that are interesting to me.

I'm also considering on making my own RP. Something like a character thread in an unstable fictional country based off of that of RL Afghanistan, Iraq, Somalia, Yemen, etc.

RP's Overarching Concept: A war against The Finis, a species of Eldritch Abominations, is being fought. A reconnaissance spaceship now must help however it can.
Genre/s: Sci-fi action, drama.
Character or Faction Based: Character.
Detailed Description: There is unrest in the galaxy!

After a show of force by The Finis, a previously unknown species of Eldritch Abominations, Humanity has declared war on these currently unknown monsters!

The united army of Humanity attack and defend against them, fighting for the good of the galaxy against the universal threats!

Within this army is Cygnus, a reconnaissance ship meant for the purpose of scouting The Finis and slowing their path of destruction throughout the Milky Way!

You are onboard Cygnus, and have recently been informed of a quick attack by a singular Finis on a little-known solar system! You must now search for both the Finis and any survivors!

Need Help With: The basic plot, and I need help with the "just right" level of realism and "screw it, I'm stealing from Star Trek." I'm also looking for any interested roleplayers.

You can always give it a shot, but it might not draw a lot of attention. That's usually the problem when stepping out of the box, but with some luck you can keep that idea and let it simmer a bit while you get more involved in the community. Join RPs and make some friends. If then you still want to launch your RP, ask them to join. People that are used with RP'ing with you will likely be more easy to work with.

You can always give it a shot, but it might not draw a lot of attention. I must warn you, the NSG Senate has attempted this before and the iterations progressively got worse and the RP often fell apart by winter time. I'd like to see something like this succeed, but it hasn't in the past.
