Hardly. For advice, I'd refer you to the mentors; Nightkill the Emperor, G-Tech Corporation, Cerillium and Zarkenis Ultima, or to the P2TM Cafe, at the top of the forum like this thread is. We don't need to resort to II, we're civilised folk.

And then it is also used to counsel less experienced RPers and teach them (so long as they're willing to learn) about proper RP etiquette. So no, don't go to international incidents, you won't find anything there save for lots of one-liners for OP's and basic trolling unless you know the right people.

The best way to find a good P2TM RP is to go and look around and find some that are pretty good.

As for II, join a mil-realism thread and ask them for advice on how to RP Modern wars.
