I wouldn't be surprised if the Germans had separate POW camps for captured female Red Army soldiers that weren't really POW camps and more like field brothels.

Please provide as much detail as possible.
RP's Overarching Concept: A group of Teenagers who learn they are the newest guardians of the Earth, and are semi-immortal. Watch them grow as they develop their powers and get to know each other, and their mentor the Immortal.
Genre/s: Fantasy, Action/Adventure
Character or Faction Based: Character
Detailed Description: As the Dawn of Man came, so did the Dawn of Violence. The Gods (Greek, Norse, Egyptian, all of them) knew that these new creatures needed some way to protect themselves, so they gifted them with magic. As time passed, however, people slowly began to lose their faith and belief in magic, thus the magic became weaker. To keep magic from dying out, the Gods decided to create a group of mages, the Mage Circle. They chose powerful warriors to live forever and practice their magic. There was an Animal Mage, Plant Mage, Light Mage, Dark Mage, Fire Mage, Air Mage, and every kind of Mage in between.
Eventually, however, one of these Mages, the Mage of Shadows, turned to evil, and discovered the Mages were not truly immortal. It was true that they could not die by natural means, he learned that they COULD be killed. So he slowly began to kill the Mages, until there were only five left to defeat him, the Mage of Fire, the Mage of Water, the Mage of Earth, the Mage of Air, and the Mage of Sparks.
These Mages fought the Mage of Shadows for centuries, until finally, they decided that they needed to pass their powers on. This need came from the fact that the Mage of Shadows had fatally injured them all, and they were slowly dying from their wounds. The Gods sent down a Mentor to help them pass their powers on, though to do that, they had to pass their souls on too.
This led to a decade long period of extreme violence as the new born mages matured. When they were eighteen, the Immortal, as the mentor was called, stole them away, training them and teaching them how to fight the Demons that the Mage of Shadows was releasing into this world. This cycle continued for many centuries.
In 1996, the Mages once again passed on their souls, and now, five teenagers have discovered their powers, and are about to be taken by the Immortal. How will the New Mages fare in this modern war against against ancient enemies?

I actually quite like this idea. It's a good one.
What specifically do you need help on? Nearly everything isn't too easy to improve on or focus in on for me.

RP's Overarching Concept: One year after what might be the most devastating event in the history of the multiverse, a group of "wizards" have to help rebuild what remains of the Earth.
Genre/s:Dystopia, Sci-Fan, Sci-Fi, urban fantasy
Character or Faction Based:Character.
Detailed Description:
.(Image)
That, friends, is the defining trait of humanity. We keep fighting, even when there is no hope, when we know we cannot win, when our enemy is our inner self,
or a god.
Thabo Addan, Councillor of the Metaphysical Guild, eighteen minutes before he died at the hand of Beelzebub. At the Origin, there was only the Is. The Is was and is and will be the collective energies of the Multiverse, an omnipotent, omniscient spirit. From Itself, the Is created the Universe, stars and planets and galaxies. It created many other spirits and gods, but those which were most important and dear to Its heart were Jehovah and His brother, Satan, Personifications of Good Order and Good Chaos. For millennia, the Brothers reigned over the world of Earth, watching and guarding its people, the Human race. And they made some of these humans special, given powers over Chaos and order, over reality itself. These people were known as gods and sorcerers and spirits over the years, but we know them as Metaphysiks.
And there was peace.
But this peace did not last, for into a poor farming village was born a healthy, robust boy, named Beelzebub. Beelzebub was a Metaphysik, with unprecedented control over Chaos, and he joined the Order at a young age. But Beelzebub's heart was dark, and he was not like his father, Satan, who was Good, for he had a dark, evil soul. As he grew, so did his powers, until the lad could manipulate the Earthfiber itself.
And, guided by his black heart, he attacked, rending Pangea into seven continents, and killing many Metaphysiks, before the Is intervened and banished him to wander the Multiverse.
Beelzebub, though, did not see this as a punishment. For aeons, the Render stalked the Multiverse, devouring worlds and their energy, giving himself more power, and by December 13, 2014, he'd whittled down the Multiverse to one world.
Our world.
The Destroyer attacked Earth, as nations and armies fell before it, only the Metaphysiks resisted, the whole Guild coming together, in the Amazonian jungle, to battle Beelzebub. Over a million Metas took the field that day, and only six hundred lived. We stood, in the wet heat, for only a few minutes. Then, the swirling red storm that heralded Beelzebub's approach came upon us, parting to reveal....
A boy. About sixteen, with long, dyed-green-and-purple hair, pale skin, and wearing a black hoodie. But it was the eyes. They were blue, and danced with madness, as this boy spread his hands, and the storm rushed forth, and the slaughter began. Screams and shouts rent the jungle, as each of us battled a duplicate of Beelzebub. I don't know how long we fought, screaming and shouting and dying, until the storm subsided. Beelzebub simply stood there, looking behind us. As one, the Metaphysiks turned, and saw Them. Satan and Jehovah, with a young woman standing between them. I knew her: Ellis, a young German lawyer, from Frankfurt. As we watched, the Devil and God became pillars of blue and gold light, respectively. These pillars swirled into Ellis, who glowed with white light for a moment, then she attacked the Breaker, flinging him into deep space, slowly becoming the avatar of Balance. While they fought, the sky glowed white and red, blocking out the stars. None of us saw the fight, but the Is granted us a vision of the end.
Ellis, battered and bruised, faced Beelzebub, floating in the void. The Evil One lunged at her, but Ellis caught him, and with a blaze of white light, flung him away. While Beelzebub raced at her, the brave, brave woman found a way to end him for good.
She turned a nearby planet into antimatter. With another blast, they collided, Ellis forcing Beelzebub and herself to crash into the sphere. For a moment, the sky on Earth went dark, before blazing with white light.
Now? The fuck-uppage of the Earth is immense, and guess who gets to fix it? That's right, the characters!

Mostly how to proceed, help solidify the plot and how to gain interest.
A start would be to create an interest thread, advertise the rp and ask your friends to join.
As for solidifying the plot, I rarely do that right off. I try to see what characters I'll be working with, and work the plot around that.
But okay, I'll get an interest thread up shortly, thank you

His region's kinda been taken by TBR.
Joining a RP group could work, too.

I only made the region so I could focus on the Forums, so I don't mind TBR being there.
Interest thread. And sure, I'm more than happy to let you advertise
