Vietnam doesn't need to have an opinion on the matter. The biggest, greatest haemorrhages of government spending and force can't possibly hope to slow down the steaming train that is the internal development of China.

There's been talk of China's endless expanding building cities, China's building cities with the intent to generate revenue, and give the absolutely gargantuan population a place to live. Sounds all nice and dandy, and it would seem to someone who didn't pay very well attention that China was building something beneficial.

However, here's the problem: They're costing too much money to make for what their output is, in fact, entire towns that have been built still have a population of 0, despite the fact that they cost a lot of money to make.

Even worse, China's not letting up. Its a bit like a cancer cell at this point - China won't stop making cities, even though they are doing absolutely nothing to generate revenue.

And some think this will pop during the next few years, and that China will not be able to survive it.

Survive? That's a bit like saying that the US plasma television industry's collapse will result in the union's dissolution.

The real estate market is generally much more significant than consumer electronics. Banks don't make mortgages for tellies.
