Meh. When I lived on the West Coast last year I had to do Phys. Ed. in similar conditions. Running tends to warm you up.![]()
I do see your point, though, and I guess I can sympathise.
On the other hand, the year before that when I lived in Qatar, doing Phys. Ed. outside was brutal all times of the year, simply because the heat and humidity were so terrible. In fact, going outside at all was brutal. I honestly prefer the Canadian climate, because at least we have decent weather for half of the year.
I know a guy who just moved to Pennsylvania (rather like your climate, I'd imagine) from Oman. For quite a bit of time, he struggled to deal with anything below 60 F and his reaction to his first snow was one of absolute wonderment and childish glee.
We've broken him by now.
