P2TM as a general rule of thumb has good folks, but II has some swell fellows too, if you get past the morass of nuking and sudden wars over diplomatic niceties.

The truth is they are both pretty awesome, except the II Roleplay community has some douches who rage and declare war over nothing

The difference is that they are not using their nation, and use an original one instead.
