I forget; you did Adventuring Days, but not Darkness and Depravities. Winthrop evolved considerably through the course Lagrange Four and Darkness and Depravities.

Winthrop of AD was a gentleman adventurer with the ability to build golems.

Winthrop of D+D was a steampunk abomination of corpses and coal with the ability to build a Von Neumann empire of robotic servitors and nukes. He eats the young to stay young.

Now convert him to a Techsin and you'll have something truly horrifying.

But if only for the sake of this combat, I'm sure something could be arranged.

The trouble is that most of my characters from the Ascendancy tend to be viewpoints, rather than objectively their own fully-fleshed out characters. Laughter would be had with a Techsin against, say, a Space Marine, but if you look at the RP in question most of the characters are deities composed of personal power-trips. I don't foresee much to RP between "Joe Blow" and "Interstellar Void God".
