I have trouble reading signs on the road when I practice driving, even when they are very close to me. My parents are telling me that they think I might need glasses. I wore glasses as a small child, but I haven't thought I needed them for many years. I considered them to be a smudgy nuisance that actually sometimes made it harder to see. They were also very easy to accidentally lose or break.

However, I do like the look of a hard bridge pince-nez of the variety that was so popular during the decades surrounding WW1. That would look much less strange than more modern styles of spectacles when I am cosplaying at a con. I don't think I could wear them on a day-to-day basis, though. That would look too strange.

I'm tempted to find an RP and play Serbia for the sole purpose of removing kebab.

There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man’s fears, and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination.

That really awkward moment when a guy you've known as incredibly annoying for five years wants to join one of the RPs you're in about half a year after you said "fuck him" and cut all ties and ignored him because you couldn't put up with him any longer...

I know the feeling. My family members like to visit almost everyday. Bad enough one of them likes to come on his lunch break 1:00 in the morning. The other one comes in the evening, which is kind of infuriating when you want to simply lie back and enjoy watching one of your favorite shows. But I can't stand to tell them off.

I'm thinking about starting a manor-management RP, but I'm looking for info first. Is anyone an expert, or does anyone have a particularly good source (yes, I've checked Wikipedia, yes, I've Googled it) on that kind of stuff? Would be much appreciated.

I know the feels. It seems like at school, every person I find absolutely intolerable to be around thinks I'm their best friend or something, and I'm forced to nod my head at what they say until they stop talking to me.

Never translated to RP, but still.
