This doesn't really represent my views. It's a just-for-fun nation. MT by the way. Population usually hovers 80-84 million.

Not that I ever use it on NSG, but it's always good to be clear on things.

"Almost six hundred and thirty years old and an upgraded model of the Browning is still the mainstay heavy machine-gun of the U.S. Armed Forces simply on the merit that we have yet to run into any protective system from base line body armor to power armor that can resist the sheer trauma of being impacted by the enormous rounds." - Sgt. James 'Jimmy' McCarthy, U.S. Army commending on the Model 2240 HMG, essentially a severely upgraded M-2 Browning

'What mystifies me most about Ruridova is its sheer stinginess towards nicknaming its monarchs 'the Great'. There is literally only one Ruridovan monarch to bear the title: Aethalwulf of Rissex, who earned the title for uniting Albion under his rule and thus creating the kingdom that would become Ruridova a millenium after his reign. Not Baldwin, who was the first Ruridovan king to control any part of the mainland. Not Stephen, famed for his bravery in the Crusades and admired by both sides. Not Katharine I, who saw Meerselen, Tourolingua, and Andalvarria added to the country, and fostered the flourishing of culture and naval power. Not Alexandra, who saw the young Ruridovan Empire come into control of an empire of a size not seen since the Mongol Khanate. Not Alexander VI, who was king during the Second World War and who conquered a stutter to inspire the Ruridovan people to fight on. Aethalwulf, who united part of an island, who set off a chain of events of such magnitude that he could not have guessed what it would lead to. Not a king of great pomp and strength and respect, nor a queen of imperial might and regal splendor.
Maybe that says something about us, that the smallest of our great monarchs is the only one to earn the title."

Sure, I guess you could be of the opinion that evolution is a myth, that homosexuality is a choice, or that climate change isn't happening. You could even have the opinion that the Earth is flat. "Basically, conservatism and progressivism are like Pepsi and Coke. No, really, look at their marketing styles. Coke sells itself as the classic, original thing that has stood the test of time and can be relied upon to be a good beverage. Pepsi sees itself as the new thing that gets with the times and isn't outdated. Albeit, they seem to have relaxed their attack ads, but look up their old advertisements from back in the day. They were totally the progressivism/conservatism dilemma in a marketing format. Of course, this is the part where a pessimistic man might say that despite their claims of being so different, they taste remarkably alike, but I'm not a pessimistic man."

-The Office Lady's 'Second Rule of Interdimensional Law'

"Depending on the tastes of possible 'Gods' in Magical realms, biological reproductive isolation or lack of it is the result."

"Genotype must be subject to Divine intervention in those places."
-The Office Lady's 'Fifth Rule of Interdimensional Law'

"The cuter biological organisms appear, the more phenotypical sexual dimorphism can be observed. The less cute, the less visible the differences are; though this may vary from Intelligent Design to Intelligent Design"
-The Office Lady's 'Sixth Rule of Interdimensional Law'

"Because of an apparently Intelligent design in magical dimensions, it seems there is no such thing as bases for hereditary change based on aptness of organisms to survive in their medium in a course of billions and millions of years. Biodivesity is explained in the intelligent creation of 'batches' of creatures meant simply to live in a designated area, though they're most probably apt in it."

Schizo-Tech. Some is modern, some is past, some is future. Our civilization evolved very idiosyncratically. Does hydroponic agriculture count as modern if it was used since antiquity? Is an RBMK reactor past tech if we invented solutions to its problems beforehand? Where does using Ammonia as a fuel source fall? Who can say?
