Yep, estradiol valerate. I put one on Wednesday night, but it started to come off Monday night, so I replaced it a day early last night, and now that one's come off already.

Only issue with that is there's type 3 (the thickest type, normally found on women only in the pubic area, but on men in the inner thighs, face, abdomen, chest, and some on the back too) body hair down there, and I had some decently long hair under the last patch, thinking it was maybe forced off by that. This time it was in the shower though. It's not supposed to fall off in the shower.

You can only wear it on your lower abdomen? Can you switch which side? Also, is there any way for you to put it on your lower back, parallel to your lower abdomen area? I ask because I used the Orthoevra patch for a while (which is a low dosage estrogen treatment for birth control), and my OBGYN said it was good to rotate the area of exposure to the patch. Of course, in your case, maybe you can't but you can always ask your doctor. It seems the lower abdomen placement isn't working for you as it should. Which is odd, because your underwear should help in keeping it in place. :/

I'd have mixed feelings, to be honest. I'm on an Apple device right now, but I hate it.

It said to throw it away if it falls off. Could just be the drug company saying that to get more money, but I only pay $1.25 per patch through the Meijer pharmacy, so...

I rotated the side last night. It does say that you can put it on the lower back, I believe. I'll look at the instructions again, I have to put another one on in a few minutes.
