They are not that common  I am the only person I know who owns a 2006 mac in black :p

I have the same, but white.

The reason they're mostly uncommon is, that at least when the model was released, the black one was like $1,000 more pricey than the white one. I still don't understand WTF that was so (they have the same specs, IIRC), but yeah. The black model was more expensive, way more expensive than the white.

It was mostly appearances for the most part. Down here the price when the model was released was merely 100 dollars more than the price of a macbook white.

Yup, but so far this one is about the same quality as the IBM 600X of 2000. When it released they were THE gaming computers and they boasted from 1500 all the way to 3000 dollars out in the market.

An executive zombie can't be seen chowing down on human flesh. It's quite untidy. That's why I go out for lunch. Around the office, it's cheese and cauliflower with some gravy and pineapples.

My only contention is the track mouse and spacebar pad. That went to shit within a year of it being purchased and I had to resort to a USB mouse.
