The Steel Building - Why Is The Floor Silver?

*Akira flies over and lands next to Tanto, staring at him in examination as he always does.*

"When did you wake up?" He asks

"I'm always awake, you just don't know it." He said in Draconic, grinning mischievously.*

"This part's especially deserted... no one really travels here voluntarily." She pointed to a reasonably polished house in the middle of it all, though it is still quite tattered like the houses next to it.

"That's where we used to live."

"Wow...this place is worse than New York City in the early 1900s. NYC was a massive city on Old Terra. The nations it was in was called the United States, at that time period, i was having an industrial boom. The poor - rich divides became huge, one lived like gods, the other like slaves. Often right next to each other, but many didn't notice. A man named Jacob Riis stopped this, by taking photos of the slums the poor lived in, and publishing them in a book. It changed the way those people would live forever, and for the better. I wonder if i could do something similar here..."

Twinkly giggled and shrugged. "We have two demigods who are far more concerned with the affairs of a dinky town, I don't think they'd be concerned with what is always happening here..."

*She ducks down, heading for his other leg, using the swinging motion of his kicking leg against him, threw his other into the air, turning it in the same direction. What resulted was James spinning at the horizontal plane in midair for a second or two before falling face first onto the bed.* "Someone's getting smart with me again. Thank god your'e small or that wouldn't have worked."

"......" He stood up and gave her a blank expression

"What? That didn't hurt you did it?"

Tanto heard his grunt, and faced Horseshoes. "YOU!" He shouted loudly.

Horseshoes' eyes were partly closed at this time and she opened them widely. "Woah, wait, who?! Where am I?! Why am I here in a bar?! I should be going to work!"

Sungai placed his hands on her shoulders, staring into her eyes. "CALM DOWN!"

She giggled and pecked him on the cheeks. "Okay, honey." He blinked at this and frowned deeply.

Tanto's face went bloody red, and immediately jumped from his seat and tackled Horseshoes down, growling at her. "DID YOU MARRY ME JUST SO YOU CAN KILL ME WITH DEPRESSION?!"

"No he isn't. You're my husband. We live in the US, isn't it?! And he left me for dead there mentally!"She growled before snapping back to an almost benign mood, crossing her hooves slightly.

Sungai ran over to Tanto and held him up. "Fuckfuckfuckfuck..."

Horseshoes broke a sweat and teleported to him. "What's wrong, honey?"

"...you. FUCKING YOU!" He cried out and lifted Tanto up from where he laid. Horseshoes' mouth went agape and she looked down to the floor, tearfully staring at it as Sungai carried Tanto to the clinic.

"...useless..."

(I've just realised I don't have a full guarantee of a return to her previous memories on my own and I need Trit somewhere...)

"I haven't shown you this." *Opens a window, closing a fist with all but her pointer and middle finger on her right hand. She slowly brings them up from her side to just infront of her face, as she does, lightning trails behind them. She then does this with the other, twirling them around her before shooting it out the window with a massive crack as the sound barrier is broken* "I'm also a lightning bender." *Grins*
