Does Maldo posts a lot? Yes. Could he tone that down? Maybe. Is he deserving of a witch hunt based on a rumor, not a fact? Absolutely not.

There was evidence to suggest some of the claims are true. It's being investigated. I won't say much more at the risk of being slapped by the mods.

I'm inclined to agree. I'll be honest and say that Maldo annoyed me from time to time, but that boils down to vastly differing views, and I'm sure I've annoyed more than one poster in my time here.

There's a very unfortunate habit of turning dislike into persecution here. Innocent until proven guilty, etc etc. I'm staying neutral on this one until proof comes to light.

The purpose of this thread is quite clear, but it's nice if conversations do not tragically drown in a deluge of greetspam and other forms of white noise. Moderation is the key, so to speak.

Understandable. And I must say I agree with your take on persecution. There are several posters whose styles of posting and the things they say annoy me to no end. But I don't go running to Moderation to get them in trouble. I ignore them or tell them straight that their mannerisms annoy me.
