Then there needs to be a committee that makes sure the other committee does its job. Then a committee that makes sure that the other committees get fed a lunch everyday. Plus as committee needs to be created for the sole purpose of deciding who to hire to make that lunch or where to purchase lunch from. Because of that, there will need to be a committee to research the local places that specialize in food delivery.

That makes, what? Six committees, so another committee will be created to make that 7 committees.
