Actually, yeah! I want the entirety of the MoD account's sent TGs released. The TG you have as "evidence" implies prior communication which is, I'd wager, nonexistent. As we all know, sent TGs can't be deleted, so there can be no editing to favor one side. I'll post my info up until the date of the Storm jager's account creation, if the MoD agrees to do the same.

That's up to the CPS. I recommend we press charges, so that if he is innocent, he can't be brought to trial again. But then that also works against us if he is guilty... oh well bearing that in mind the CPS has the choice on this.

No it wouldn't, you can't sue the courts for bringing you to trial. If the judge has reasonable suspicion and that the CPS wants to press charges, it was done legally and he will loose his civil case as well.
