We can still ride on the tops of the buses right? As long as we don't go in them?

Boris tweets from the station with a pic of the perp next to the bin.

Should I bury this guy up to his neck in the bin full of Anthrax? #Baddayatwork

Is this a joke? This is perhaps the most irresponsible and unprofessional thing I've ever seen a public official do in Aurentina, and I really hope it's a joke.

Can the president please declare a National Emergency? I think this fits the bill.

Also, for the moment, all military facilities are on lockdown. All active forces are to return to their respective bases immediately and check in with the Chief Medical Officer, unless ordered otherwise by local law enforcement officials.

An Eurocopter AS365 Dauphin of the National Investigation Bureau lands in front of the Senate Building, as two heavily armed Special Agents run out, looking for the NIB Director.

Per the constable announcement, the military will be exempt from the travel ban. Can we deploy the NDF?

Do we need presidential go-ahead? If not, then they should begin securing government buildings and setting up checkpoints. We should also shut down all national postal services and warn hospitals to be on guard for signs of anthrax exposure. If we do need permission, then somebody get the goddamn chief executive online or draft an emergency bill that gives greater authority to the MoD when the president is unavailable.

The SoEA lets the Interior Minister declare a SoE in the case of the President's absence.

Who's MoI?

What we need to do is pass that bill allowing the NDF to deploy in state of emergency.

Since apparently the more unrealistic the RP the more likely it is to get a response, here we go.

If it's not interesting and isn't fun no one will play ball. Anthrax attacks are very realistic.

Not similar attacks on the same target once a week.
