Oh, that's a problem of mine I'm well aware of. I think it's a combination of low willpower, the prevailing drink culture and friends with the same problem due to said culture. We just keep drinking until somebody gets too messy to continue then stagger home.

Maybe I'll spark a ferocious online argument, but the Irish drinking culture seems to be exactly the same as the British drinking culture.
