Only once when I was playing as Aragon I got a fully-cored Sicily.

In my Aragon game, I got a lucky PU with France, and used them to conquer Iberia and Italy, then I inherited France. Stopped playing after that, seeing as every other nation would pretty much just bend over when they saw a united western europe coming at them.

No, an addiction is when you psychologically become dependent on something, most people who have 1 or 2 glasses every 3-4 days/weeks is not in any way addicted to it and do have the ability to stop whenever they want.
