I don't see how NationStates is unhealthy when it's pretty much an educational political simulation game. This site is responsible for me learning most of my politics.

These feel good TV shows are nice when you're watching them, but then the episode is over and you wake up.

Whenever I watch those, if I take one look at the TV, I notice the material the TV is made out of's texture, then I think of the little children who labored to assemble that in horrible conditions with a low salary.

At first I only wanted to try out NS but got extremely addicted to it, so I've never spent more than 48 hours without going on NationStates, but it's a great site
