Depends. Is it your house, that is completely private property (like completely private clubs) so you have the right to remove them. IF it is a building accessible to the public, like say a restaurant, then you do not have the right to do that. If you want the right to do that, make sure your business is not accessible to the public.

Even if it was none of the above, you still have to serve them if you are a public business. I could understand, if say, you had a restraining order.

Or if they were somehow disrupting the business. For instance having someone who starts a food fight in a restaurant can be kicked out and prevented from returning.
