If you're happiest with a same sex relationship at the moment then it is a natural result of your bisexual orientation at birth and therefor once again excusable.

As for trans people, do you have any evidence support your assertion that environment influences gender identity to such an extent that an adult becomes a transexual as result without any likely predisposition? I mean there are plenty of trans people who never have surgeries after all, they're still trans it's just for a variety of reasons they can't or don't want to have surgery (also many only do so in adulthood because until relatively recently trans children were almost never given much in the way of treatment to help change genders). :)

The simple fact is accidents of birth excuse quite a lot that might otherwise be unacceptable in society.

Accidents of birth? Reaaaaaaally now.

Do you know how a human develops his or her sexuality? Do you even know how gender identities play out in society and how people distinguish in between genders? Here's a tip for you: children are not born with sexual knowledge of any sort, they develop it in puberty and while they are teenagers. The gene predisposition is there, but it doesn't mean 5 year olds go around saying they are homosexual or they would like to be girls.

And have you ever thought some transexuals cannot afford surgery or that they just prefer to be this way while dressing up like women and encompassing feminine gender roles is okay for them?

Ok not quite 5 but a quick google search turned up a six year old.

A six-year-old girl, who was born a boy, has become the first transgender child in Argentina to have her new name officially changed on her identity documents.

So what were you saying about gender development again? :eyebrow:

"Threadjack"

I said: "Equal rights only give the weak incentive to leech on the strong."

There is absolutely no way this does not belong in a thread about equal rights.

We are born in a place called Austria, that makes us Austrian.

Ethnically, we are Nordic.

"Equal rights" means giving hand outs and special benefits to those who are lazy and incompetent, raising taxes and using money from those who work hard to earn it, and putting it into the pockets of those who do nothing.

However, it still doesn't mean transgenders or homosexuals are "accidential births" as everything that happens in nature is natural, not accidental.

This is somethime true but not always, more to the point how is this relevant to recognizing gay rights, unless youre implying that heterosexuals are somehow inherently superior to homosexuals/lgbt and therefor on the basis of such superiority should beable to deny them equal rights? :eyebrow:

Only in the fictional universe you live in.

In reality, it means giving everybody equality of opportunity, so that people aren't fucked over for life by accident of their birth, or unavoidable accidents in life, so that they can achieve their full potential.

See: George Washington Carver, the Tuskegee Airmen, etc.

I said often not never. While in many cases taxes are included, in many cases they are not. For instance, not allowing a member of the jury to be struck out, simply due to their being black is not about taxes, but is about equal rights.

Homosexuality is a cognitive disorder, which has a cure but the world refuses to recognize it.

In the 1930's to the 1940's, the Germans came up with medicine and therapy to cure them, and they were cured.

My grandfather himself who served in the Leibstandarte-SS Adolf Hitler, saw the results.

When they arrested homosexuals and took them to the hospitals, months later they were reported to already having married with a woman and fathered children, etc.

Yeah, I kinda realized after thinking about accidental wasn't exactly the right term but I'm not sure maybe, incidental to birth?

Social Darwinism was long ago and for a simple reason: society doesn't work in a "survival of the fittest" sense; sometimes we do things to help the weak, sometimes we are altruistic, and other things and moods that happen that cannot be described through the doctrine of Social Darwinism.

True, but if it's passed this could bring up Ollies BBQ all over again. This could be very interesting given the current SCOTUS.
