Then do your work, and when it stops raining then go out and have a walk around. A walk does wonders, believe me when I say that. You should also try and be more active, try and help those around you who you can meet physically, try and build a network of people and friendships where you are, and try to join an organization devoted to an interest. I am not telling you what to do, just giving you suggestions.
