You may have a point there, now that I think about it. I wouldn't know if it applied to all cases, but I can think of one:

Take the Chinese example - most orthodox/conservative Chinese families would rather have their children marry into other Chinese families. We may say that this practice is "racialist", but it can be easily flagged as racist as well, when you consider the "Oh, he/she is not Chinese. Don't go for it", part.

No necessarily, one can legitimately be a racialist and not be a supremacist. But like Lianhua said, most people aren't intelligent enough to know the difference.

Semantics can easily be used as a smokescreen.

All that remains is to show that biological systems replicate in such a way as to satisfy the minimal criteria required for evolution to apply to them, something which has already been adequately shown time and again. At this point, we've pretty much proven that not only can evolution happen, it pretty much must happen since it's basically impossible to prevent it from happening.

A desire to stay within "the family" for any reason other than attraction to the same is, by definition, racist.

Doesn't mean there's a lot of judgement calls to be made one way or another, but the end point is racism.

Which is why I consider my dad somewhat prejudiced because with Cameron he told me not to go for her because she had epilepsy and she wasn't a Latina (and he was concerned I couldn't handle it - which we both have surprisingly well, so he doesn't talk about it any longer and is starting to accept her). I felt bad he considered that as barring circumstances but I just ignored him for the most part.

I see it more as a background thing: regardless of race or ethnicity there are always those who are closer to our background and we have a better relationship with in the long term. Nothing wrong with being attracted to someone similar as long as you don't make race or other arbitrary characteristics an issue.

Supported it, but not to the extent of Fascism or nationalism. Patriotism sure, but not nationalism.

Outdated? The word Meritocracy has the word merit in it, which means to get what you deserve. I don't see how that definition can possibly change.

Here we approach more opinions. If leaders are constantly switching, it will just wind up where democracy has us. Slow, inefficient government that takes forever to do something. One leader over a decent period of time (6 years or so) can accomplish more.

Also here in the US are a constant pain in the ass as a minority.

They use patriotic symbols to hide their extremism, and it's quite annoying to me so I have no issues calling them out when I can.
