For my dad's site? Yea right, I'd first be asked for money than he actually paying me for it.

I do get to put my name and credits discretely in the code though so that people know it's mine, so there's that.

Yeah. Most coin miners are written command-line/DOS style. Pure performance. GUIs just make it easier for newbies, but they take a performance hit.

This is all so new to me. My graphics card is slowly starting to warm up. Not sure what to do about that. It can tolerate 80 degrees no problem, but I wouldn't want it running at that overnight. Oh well. Lets see what happens. I'm just itching to mine my first block.
