Again, what makes you think only Christians can espouse anti-intellectualism and shit ideas?

I know Atheists who are racists and pretty not high up there in education or intellectual problem-solving, so anti-intellectualism hardly depends on the belief system but rather on the environment they grew up.

I just find that with all the flaws rote learning entails, it does ensure the required tools for critical thinking.

The world of business, work, science, and arts though.... They are starving for critical thinkers and problem solvers.

Troubleshooting is valuable these days, so of course they are starving.

Businesses don't care as much whether you have a degree on Rocket Science or not for the most part; they want to know if you're the kind of person that gets it.

The technological economy requires the ability to problem solve. More and more businesses are jumping on this tech based economy bandwagon and are now deprived such people to be able to stay afloat.
