Meanwhile, my parents dramatically separated on vacation three months ago, after years of long fighting. I just found out that my mother's moving to the opposite side of the world for a year and a half.

I feel like this is turning into an internet support group. If so, we really should change the title.

Div, suicide is not the way out. Suicide can end a bad time in your life, but it will never give you the opportunity to have a good life.

I'm too much of a coward to contemplate it seriously.

I've been in a suicidal situation before, I nearly killed myself, and I'm so happy I didn't go through with it.

To be completely honest, I had suicidal thoughts after finding out about my own sexuality.
