Nah, you got a point there. It's just that Paper Planes evokes certain ideas and thoughts of my. Not that I would superimpose those beliefs on M.I.A. She's probably got different worries than I do, and pretty much definitely wrote the song for different reasons than to complain about my college debt.

Well most popular songs do latch a political interpretation be it on purpose or completely accidental. Others hit straight to the heart or makes us question life as a whole... those are more common, but a lot less popular it seems.
Well it could've been on purpose, the song.
