I don't know about Sahrani DR, but Maklohi Vai and others brought up the concern that it could be a loophole. It doesn't say "uranium and plutonium to be used in nuclear power plants", for example. Further discussion should go to the Lobby.

That can be better reduced by specific subsidies and regulating price, rather than a broad cut to all taxes that is far more likely to lead businesses to increase their value to other investors rather than decrease their cost to consumers.
