8. The Senate shall have the ability to eject unruly members of the Senate with a 90% majority vote in favor, or through unanimous administrative action.

EDIT: Ainin, this just means the vote has to pass by a 90% majority. Not 90% of the senate.

First we need to raise a motion and get the required seconds to hold a vote, then we hold a 48 hour vote. If the Yay side gains 90% of the vote or more he is ejected.

This is correct. The motion needs 10 seconds, and then a 48 hour vote will be held. If that vote has 90% approval, then Dragomere is automatically banned.

Yes, I will wait for MV to confirm but soon I suspect voting will begin on whether to remove Senator Drago from the senate or not.
