I am reading the source book I had for my Colonial Latin American History Class.

I just laughed at this clause:

But short of gore and porn spam, its literally never enforced. Mainly because the attitude of certain of the mods is that this is a spam thread (because they've let it get filled with so much spam), when in fact it was originally created for meaningful conversation.
