So what do you do on your shifts?

I'm a 68W (Health Care Specialist). Because of my training and what not I usually sit around in a FLA (ambulance) waiting on someone to get hurt to go get them / and provide care while transporting them. Occasionally I work in a clinic, doing the same thing a nurse does when you visit a doctor (before they come into the room). But that's only when someone didn't come in.

Sometimes I wonder if I should've "volunteered" to do my service in similarish job when I was in Ground Forces. :P
(Or in medical role in general.)

Eh. Out of my options it was the most interesting to me. My other choices were things like truck driver, infantry, etc.
I'm attached to an infantry troop, so when they deploy I deploy. When they are out on patrol I go out with them in case of injury. Etc.
