We have a fairly decent level of powered - suit technology, mainly used for unloading cargo ships in the civilian market and comparable to America's HULC prototypes, as well as some decently useful replacement limbs for amputees, but nothing cheap enough to use frivolously. It's generally considered best to develop one's own body rather than use some sort of service.
