Nothing is real. Well, except for bullets. Bullets are very real.
Most of this nation's stats aren't indicative of what actually goes on in Spiritus.

The nation of Liberum Spiritus is an entire moon, which sustains a variety of life. It also sustains the anarchy of millions who are either gun-slinging, swinging swords, or performing magic. The only order anywhere is within the structures owned by the various mega-corporations who thrive on the anarchy as much as the inhabitants. Due to the absolutely supernatural nature of the inhabitants, it is not uncommon to see sword trump firearm, or some other equally odd encounter. People settled the moon more than ten thousand years ago, so ancient technology, artifacts, and cities are not totally unknown. That said, they are sparse enough to be a rare find.

We don't have prisons. The idea of being handed over to the Synthetics and their wild practices seems to dissuade most from committing any crimes.

Our prisons are actually pretty nice. It's the complete isolation of them that keeps people from wanting to go back.
