So did you actually read the manual and all?

No, I have it on Steam. It's mainly that Darkest hour slowed troop movement and increased the importance of airpower from HoI 2, and neither of those works that well with the WWI scenario.

HoI blew my mind. I gave up and went back to EU3.

I think I might. I should've seen this coming, I'm following my father's footsteps and he started getting grey hair when he was 18.

Play Vicky 2 for the perfect in between game! Actually it might blow your mind too, EU3 is a fine game and all I don't like the colonizing stage though.

It is. It really is.

I've never had goose. Last year a guy got shot nearby and the farmer was the one who got in trouble for not 'policing his land'. We had a window put out by buckshot as someone fired from the road just outside the house, hence the running for our lives.
Pheasant meat on the other hand is lovely!

Vic II blew my mind as much as it did EU3. I found CK2, too complicated and a bit inconvenient, EU3, epic game, hooked, tried HoI and Vic, mind exploded, retreated to EU3 to repair, and now EU4! Great too.

Oh, I could look back at my gaming history for hours.

Yeah, when I first tried EU4, wasn't impressed because the UI was annoying as phuck, but a few days ago started up again.
