The archives are organized by date. If you pay attention to things, it's not that hard to use. Even then, it's not a huge list. Yeah that's my point, if you don't know exactly what you are looking for it's hopeless. I have spent half an hour looking for a bill before, speaking as somebody up to date on most bills that pass. Many people are not that active or have a clue what has been before. What does not help (that is not the admins fault) is that there are quite a few bills whose titles do not correlate with their content. Hence hopefully I can fix this and once all sorted I will add a short sentence about what each bill is about.
Also when people want to write a new law they can't see all the bills in the area they are dealing with. So now they can. That is the other massive problem with the current archives.
