NSG Senate Administrators wrote:Fellow Senators,
We, the NSG Senate Administrators, have come to a consensus upon the matter of the banning of Dragomere, raised to our immediate attention by a recently assembled petition.
Through frequent godmodding, as well as unhelpful and rude roleplaying tactics and claims, Dragomere has angered and upset many members of this roleplay. These instances would often continue until an administrator was forced to make a decision, or a formal ruling; several players will attest that Dragomere found little reason to stop on his own. Moreover, in many instances he did not recognize his godmodding when prompted to do so on the spot. Only recently has he started to recognize some of his past transgressions.
Godmodding at its core is not only disruptive to the roleplay itself, but it is rude to the other participants in the roleplay who wish to have a reasonable realm of events and actions. When godmodding creates a large disturbance in the roleplay, it decreases the quality of the experience for everybody else, with no positive gains for the godmodder. While some may inadvertently godmod a statistic or a couple posts, the perpetuation of this behavior is a clear sign that the godmodder is neither learning from their mistakes nor willing to listen to their peers, including those like the Senate Administration who have disciplinary power.
The Administration recalls one instance in which an administrator made an official ruling, a warning, that was promptly and consciously ignored by Dragomere. After further disruptive behavior and warnable offenses by Dragomere, the incident culminated in a two day suspension for Dragomere from the Senate. This demonstrates Dragomere’s inability to respect not only authority, but also his peers and the roleplay itself. For evidence of the displeasure of Dragomere’s fellow roleplayers, we need only to point to the wide support for the petition brought to us.
Furthermore, upon numerous reports, it has been found and confirmed that Dragomere abused the power of the retcon to avoid punishments and/or roleplay repercussions. In addition, Dragomere has edited posts with the intent of avoiding administrative action and roleplay consequences. In this light we cite, among other incidents, the use of a Chinook strategic lift helicopter that was retconned without consent of all parties, done by Dragomere to avoid repercussions by law enforcement inside of the roleplay. This behavior is unacceptable not only in the Senate, but in common roleplay conventions on the NationStates forums. As stated prior while on the subject of godmodding, actions such as the abuse of the retcon disrespect the Senate roleplay and the roleplayers therein.
Abusing the retcon and godmodding do not constitute bannable offenses when on their own, nor even when combined in small quantities. In this situation, however, there has been a demonstrated and systematic perpetuation of these behaviors to the extent that it can be concluded that the roleplay has been significantly and uniquely harmed by the actions of Dragomere.
Therefore, it is our duty as administrators to announce to Dragomere that he is now on Warning Level Black, signifying an unconditional expulsion and ban from the NSG Senate roleplay for not only for the account entitled “Dragomere,” but for all other accounts controlled by the same player. This includes all threads associated with the roleplay whether or not they are marked by an appropriate tag. If Dragomere violates this ban, he will accordingly be reported to NationStates moderation. A violation will also greatly decrease the chance that he ever participates in this roleplay again.
Dragomere may reapply in no less than 8 weeks (56 days) from the date of this post. Any readmission will be at the sole discretion of the NSG Senate Administrators, who will convene and vote on the matter.

Yes! Instead of focusing on the trolling of Nihil they focus on someone who retconned most everything!
