I only support it because it's British made and mostly British designed apart from the engine which is merc. It looks horrible. But yes there are not many right hand drive minibuses.

I'd rather just import custom-ordered RHD Ford E450s from North America, but the cost would be astronomical, especially considering the relatively small number of such buses we need.

That's just as bad, look's horrible. Usual american no design, box welded to a light bulbous box shaped truck just about covers it.

Well, that's more personal preference I guess.
On hindsight, the E450 wouldn't make a very good CTC shuttle bus because it's not low-floor.
