You could use the paint bucket or the select>select similar colors (and then just paint in the selection), assuming that the colors don't have minor variations in them. If they do, try tracing the buses and then filling in the colors by hand.

The plaza was basically just the courtyard behind the company tower, so it should go in the financial district. I'd also like to suggest that the name "Urquhart" be considered.
